Q: Is hemp the same as marijuana?

A: Hemp and marijuana plants are of the same species. Legally, hemp is defined as a cannabis plant that contains 0.3 percent or less THC, like our CBD products.

Q: What is CBD?

A: CBD (cannabidiol) is non- intoxicating cannabinoid found in hemp plants. There are over 100 different cannabinoids that can be found in hemp.

Q: Can CBD get me high?

A: No. The consumption of hemp does not cause any psychoactive behavior because the THC is either non-detectible or nonexistent.

Q: How does CBD work?

A: CBD helps to balance our ECS (endocannabinoid system) to help support homeostasis. The ECS affects many regions of the body, including functions of the immune system, the central nervous system (including the brain), organs, connective tissue, and glands.

Q: What’s the difference between full spectrum and broad spectrum?

A: Full spectrum extract contains the legal amount of THC (less than 0.3%) whereas broad spectrum do not contain any THC.

Q: How do I know how much to take?

A: Everyone will respond differently, although we generally recommend starting with a middle range strength, we can then easily increase or decrease the dosage from there.

***CBD will residually stay in your system and build up over time so the more consistent you are, the more accurate your results will be.***

Q: Can using hemp oil result in a positive on a THC test?

A: This is highly unlikely. The THC content in hemp oil is essentially non-existent since hemp oil comes from the plant’s stalks and leaves. However, if you are using a product that contains even a minimal level of THC, it can accumulate in the body over time and may show a positive result.
